07/12/2011	I think it is total bull that I can not contact customer service rfom my cell phone when my account was susspended. I had to wait 3 days to pay my bill. I added money to my account and was trying to take off the ring back tones because they didn\'t work, and I payed for them. I never really had too many problems with this company until now. If I can not get this problem resolved, I will be changing cell phone carriers as soon as I can. Laura Rudolph
