The phone number that Rhonda B showed are her comment dated 08/04/2011 really works. I applied and was qualified for a phone but they did not tell me if it has shipped or anything else for that matter. I called this number which is actually the Annual Verification Department, but they were able to help me and told me that my phone shipped and would be here in about a week. Thanks Rhonda B for the phone info.

everytime i try dialing a number --i just get a emergency only sign comes up..cant use it at all..

I live in Weaverville, NC. I received my wireless Safelink phone and my assigned phone number has a Connecticut area code. My family members and physicians cannot contact me without making a long distant call. Can my area code be changed from Connecticut (203) to my local area code (828).

I had made about 15 calls to 6 diffent customer service Safelink numbers without any success.

iam a customer,and i have not been able to use my phone in a while because it dont work,ive tried to put my sims card in another tracphone but it wont read it, i was wondering if sense i have not been able to recieve my monthly minutes if it was still good or what it is hard for me to commicate now so i read a message that i could get a gsm unlocked phone and it would work please respond back as soon as you can. thanks alot stevens

Hi my name Sonnetta Perdue my SafeLink phone # is 717-329-7398, I have been refering other customers I should be getting additional min. on my phone for the people that was refered by me. But every time that I try i get a error that # is not a SafeLink phone #. What am I doing wrong. I can be reached at (717) 412-4489 home and my SafeLink phone number again is 717-329-7398.
